This hotel needs much refurbishment. The room was dusty and the breakfast was not good. The room was cleaned only once during the week and this was only after complaining during breakfast time. Have stayed here a number of times. Not much has changed. At £50/night B&B for single occupancy of twin value is OK for Shetland where hotels & guest houses are generally overpriced. Room quite nice.
