We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a one night stay and really enjoyed ourselves. First thing we did here was checkout the much promised "roof garden". The bar was shut and the garden was more window box than botanic. The view was of the car park which unless you have a fetish for brutalist architecture is less than majestic. I stayed here the night after our ball. The rooms have nice decor. The cost can be a bit OTT if you book late. Parking expensive. Good location though with across the road access to the tram to take you down to Glenelg. Eat breakfast elsewhere. You will save some coin. more
