While this hotel is a little pricey for the area, the newness of the property probably compensates for the price difference. This is one of those old Holiday Inns that you hear about. The ones that survive only on heritage. InterContinental needs to pull the Holiday Inn name from this one, as they have with many of their older and dated Holiday Inn locations. Very poor desk staff. Hopkinsville has better. The Fairfield Hopkinsville is a tradition when we visit family in Hop-town. A great location, back from US41 but convenient to shopping, food and Ft. Campbell. Rooms are spotless. Well it's no Marriott but the rooms were descent. The "continental" breakfast was donuts from wal mart if they had them available, so don't count on much more. Over all the rooms are clean and the front desk staff very nice. For the price, I wouldn't expect much more. more
