Recently stayed at hotel and was very pleased with it. Rooms were clean, bathrooms spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are clean, soft and comfortable--comforters are outdated and worn but clean nonetheless. Our room had a microwave, fridge and a 37" colour flat screen t.v. which was nice. Unbelievable place! Dropped wives off at 10:00 am and went to play 27 holes of golf at Pine Knob. Girls each received $25.00 gift certicates for Great Lakes Crossing. My family made a 8:15 reservation. We arrived at 8:05. They told us that they are running 15-30 minutes behind on their reservations. So they asked for our phone number and would call us when the table was ready. We didn't get the phone call until 9:25!!! What is the point of a RESERVATION if they don't honor that time... more

I have been going here for the last 10 years and will keep on going back.
