What a find. A warm welcome to an extremely well located hotel just a minutes wald from the main shopping area at union square. We stayed here twice on our holiday, once for 3 nights of sightseeing and once for 1 night on the way back from Yosemite. Both times we were upgraded. The rooms were fantasic and individual. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 5 nights at the start of September with my boyfriend. Hotel was in a great location 2 minutes walk from the heart of Fisherman's walk. I have stayed at this Hyatt many times and it is always great. I was in SF on holiday for a long weekend and stayed here. The hotel itself is a little dated (hallways and even the room design), but the beds are updated and the rooms have flat screen tv's. It's always very clean, the staff is very helpful... more
