I went to dursey in 2004,my friend colin harrington.Whoes family are from yhe island. Iv been all over europe following glasgow celtic. but that was the best holiday iv ever had.so peaceful and the people were friendly this is one place in EIRE that the brits never soiled. more

Dursey is a small island off the coast of south west Cork, Ireland. There are less than ten permanent inhabitants living there. Now the interesting bit, to get to Dursey you must take Ireland's only cable car accross the rough sea for maybe 300meters. After the trip in a small blue box suspended high in the air, it's a relief... more
