Chef Darin was awesome. Not only was this hands on, but also he gave us some kitchen science tips. Then finally, you enjoyed the entire meal, not just a taste. The atmosphere is beautiful and you can enjoy a drink at the restaurant when you are finished. Worth the experience. more
