Well, having stayed at this Hotel twice before, after reading rave reviews about the place, we found that is was VERY expensive for what it offers, and really does not offer good value for money at all, BUT, having been given a Virgin " Classic Break " for Xmas, we decided to give the place another chance......

On arriving at a hotel, reception take either - 1. A credit card receipt and PRE-AUTHORISATION, (not debiting or charging) ensuring the card is valid or
2. The request of a cash deposit. This is a standard registration process in worldwide hotels, (whether accommodation is prepaid or not) for those guests who wish to utilise the hotel...
