We stayed 3 nights here as a base to travel out by rail and Post Bus. It is about 6 or 7 minutes easy walk to the main station, and well placed for shopsand resturants. The large COOP nearby is very handy for picnic lunch supplies, and also has an excellent, good value self service resturant on the first floor.... more

Just spent a couple of nights here. It's an interesting hotel, with lots of character - nothing like staying in a modern hotel chain facility. In a good location in the historic part of the town.
