Rarely one comes across a special place that offers the complete package in a place to stay: great service, comfort, and exceptional dining. The Walserhof's friendly and warm staff endeavored to make our stay special in every way. We had intended to spend a couple of nights in Klosters; but we ended-up staying 6 days. We stayed here in March for 3 nights after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. It is a lovely inn with very nice amenities. Klosters is very different than Zermatt - much less touristy, more residential - still an interesting experience. This was our first trip to Switzerland and we wanted to see a few different areas. As you wind your way up from Chur towards Klosters and Davos-- you might be in a car or on one of special Swiss red alpine trains.
