This is an excellent property! John Ruddy has transformed a historic mansion on Shippan Point in Stamford into a beautiful luxury hotel. Every touch is thoughtful and well-executed, bathroom fixtures, furnishings, paint, windows, bedding, entertainment systems, breakfast. First class! And John's hospitality is awesome. Our stay at The Chesterfield Inn was wonderful. From the quality of the room to the use of a private beach; it certainly exceeded our expectations.
