my partner and myself couldn't of asked for a more relaxed, feel at home experience. the two hosts were exceptional and the establishment was clean and neat at all times. The view from the top deck is outstanding at sunrise and sunset. It is only a short walk to town center and the beach. we are looking forward to staying... more

The owners are friendly nice guys. The location is great. The light breakfasts were fun and tasty. Fresh muffins each morning. Cleanliness gets the lowest rating. The bathroom was UGH. Heavy mold on the shower stall and curtain. Nothing that some bleach couldn't take care of. The bathroom floor and toilet was not cleaned during our stay. I will admit... more

This is a mostly gay guesthouse in scenic Provincetown. It is only a 10min walk from ferry port, 25min walk to beaches or only 3min walk to town beach.Traditional Cape Cod furnishings in guesthouse & bed rooms varied alot in size.
