Called at the last minute without a reservation and was lucky to get two rooms. This was my first B&B and it was excellent. Penny was a great hostess, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and nicely decorated, with air and cable TV. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Perfectly located close to town. I would highly... more

Penney Gentile makes staying at the wonderful Nelson Pines what everyone wants in a B&B: clean, friendly, welcoming, comfortable, AND delicious. We could park our car once and walk to everything we wanted to do. She was always ready with suggestions, advice, and thoughtful ways to make our stay pure pleasure. She really MADE our trip to Cooperstown special! more

This is a lovely 3-room Victorian B&B surrounded by huge trees (strangely, spruces, not pines) on a quiet side street within easy walking distance of all the Cooperstown attractions.
