Mascara stains on the pillowcases. Enough said. They had been laundered (I think!), but ick. This hotel was wonderful! The room cost was more than reasonable, the room was spacious, the air conditioning not so noisy, and the staff friendly and helpful. I suffered a bee sting getting a newspaper out of the vending machine just outside one of the entrances, in itself very unpleasant, but the manager got me something to put on it... more

We have stayed at the Hilliard Best Western on Evans Way numerous times. It's a great value and a wonderful place to relax. It has many close restaurants and it's a quick trip to downtown.
