We found Fernlea Guest House purely by accident and I am so glad that we did. We travel over to Ireland in the summer every year and for the past four years we have been staying overnight at the Fernlea in Stranraer, before getting the ferry to Ireland. We stayed at the Fernlea Guest House again this year en route to Belfast. We weren't disappointed, after a long cold journey it's nice to arrive somewhere so clean, warm and welcoming. We can highly recommend this accommodation - from the friendly welcome by Lynn and Kenny to the lovely breakfast (which came back to haunt us during the dance workshops we were delivering that morning!).
