The hotel staff was not accommodating. Although I arrived 30 minutes prior to check-in, and the hotel parking lot was nearly empty, I was told that the only thing available was a smoking room because, "That's how it is when you go through Priceline or Hotwire." This hotel has an excellent location, just off the highway on Poplar Avenue. It is convenient to the East Memphis/Germantown area. The hotel is nicer than a standard Holiday Inn. There was nothing especially memorable, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle to the airport was particularly convenient. more
