We have stayed in this hotel 3 times in the past year - nothing has changed for good. The hotel is in excellent location - you could walk to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bell staff called me a taxi, then watched me wait for an hour, it never came, --they kept saying I should have booked a town car. This was just to go in to Seattle to shop! The staff was very courteous, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a very convenient location (in the middle of the Redmond Town Center). I can honestly say this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was immaculate, the bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable, and the in-hotel bar was quite good.
