We had a great time in New York. The San Carlos was a great place to come back to after long days of sight seeing and shopping. The staff could not have been more courteous. It was a pleasant surprise to be greeted by name and to receive prompt and gracious service. more

My husband, daughter and I stayed at the San Carlos for 4 days, 3 nights. Got a deal on a 1 bedroom suite with sofabed. We paid for 2 nights and got 3rd night free. Hotel was attractive and staff was friendly. We stayed on the 3rd floor so we had a slight problem with outside noise at night. more
