The room has a smell that is not one you can put your finger on but it is gross. We complained and it took about 1/2 an hour for someone to come with spray. We went out for 3 hours and when we came back it still stunk. When we entered the room upon arrival we called the front desk... more

Although the pools were nice and the breakfast bar was nice that's about it. The Floors were absolutely FILTHY!!! After crawling around our room for 10 min. our baby's knees and feet were literally black. And when you walked on the floor with wet feet in the bathroom it left black marks. After reading the bad reviews, I was very uneasy about staying at this hotel. I brought the Lysol just in case! However, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room was not smelly and for the most part clean. There was dust and the carpet was stained some, but no big deal. I knew I wasn't staying at the Ritz..... more
