I spent a single night here with my family at the end of our vacation in Alaska. I've stayed in many large city hotels in the US over the years and the Grand Hyatt compares favourably with the best of them. First impressions are not good. Although the hotel is very central and in an excellent position for downtown shopping,... more

Everything was perfect, and I mean everything. The staff was great, the view was good, and the amenities were top notch. Unfortunately, this year the prices went through the roof, so I had to stay elsewhere, which was a let down. more

We just returned from a 3-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle and we loved it. We reserved 4 corner suites for family members and there were no complaints from anyone. Check In : was very smooth. Three of the four rooms were ready when we checked in at 2pm. The 4th was ready after we returned from a late... more

The hotel staff was helpful and the room was incredible. The bathroom was huge with a large tub and a separate walk in shower. The beds were comfortable and the views of Seattle... more

The hotel was spotless, great decor, and friendly staff. I stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by most things. It was out of my budget range but I splurged and overall it was worth it. I found parking was very expensive. I drove around the block 3 times before I realized there was a section of a parkade for... more

We live near Seattle, but decided to stay in town for one night - family of four with kids 12 and 7. The hotel had a special rate on the Emerald Suite that wasn't bad, so we booked that. What a great hotel - the room was gorgeous. We were on the 28th floor with wonderful views of Elliot Bay... more

We were very impressed by this hotel. We had a very nice three-night, four-day stay at the Hyatt. It has nicely decorated rooms (we had a mini-suite with an adjoining double room) and they were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the area is very walkable, too. There are all kinds... more
