I have seen people picnic on the lawn, but not seen eating going on inside. A nice place open late is Doubleday Cafe down a couple of blocks from HOF. I have a longer list of ideas, and places, if you want I can post it for you.

Once we go into the Hall of fame, can we come back out, eat, then go back in??? Can we carry a backback in there with snacks and drinks? I tried to find these answers out on their website, but couldnt. If we can not do this, not sure what we will do excpet maybe eat a big lunch that day and skip dinner . What kind of resturant is the DoubleDay Cafe? Expensive?

Yes, you may leave the HOF and get access back in -- I believe they stamped our hands when we went last summer. There is no restaurant inside, but right on the same street are several places you can walk to. The Doubleday Cafe is decent -- hamburgers, chicken, salads -- not at all expensive. We thought the pizza place was pretty good too.
