The food was very tacky, it was repetitive, and sometimes cold. It was chips every night bar xmas gala meal. And that consisted of Turkey roll, pickled onions, and a glazed pear for main course. Everybody had to queu to get into the restaurant,everybody had to queu to get their food, it was very infuriating. The entertainment at night consisted of bingo, parrot show, or a single musician. The bar prices are dear. The television only had 1 english channel, and that was C N N news. The cleaners always woke you up about 07-30 with their constant shouting. There is only 1 socket in your room to plug things in. They advertise Mini Bar, Hairdryer, and Safety deposit box in their advert. These all have to be paid for. They played mainly spanish classical music around the poolside in the daytime. This could be heard in your room. And the only daytime activity we saw was air rifle shooting. Everyone said they had complained. But same old story-they have got your money.We have been here at least 5 times, this was our last

just back from the pelicanos, went for 3 night break with partner. Receptionist when we arrived was very pleasant, nice to see a happy face greet you, she couldn,t do enough for us. We were impressed how clean the hotel was. Room and bathroom was spotless, maids in every day also very nice, We were half board, food was good enough, fantastic location for the entertainment and shops, Beach was 5 mins away. We were very pleased with our stay, We have been to benidorm 5 times, this was the best hotel out of them all, will go back to this hotel without a doubt.

just returned from the pelicanos hotel we have been there twice before this occasion and been totaly happy but while the hotel ,rooms and staff were superb the food compared to what we had been used to at this hotel before was very poor and we were very disappointed it was so that we dined out on a number of occassions.

we have just returned from a week at ocas, the hotel, is great staff, friendly,food, plenty to choose from allways served hot.. the pool is fantastic, all i can say that it was 1 of the best hotels that we have stayed in, ( in benidorm ) if ur goin to benidorm take a tip from me and stay in sol pelicanos..ocas.. were defo goin bk
