Where to begin...My boo and I choose the Oxford due to a recommendation from a co-worker of mine. Let's just say, I owe my coworker a gourmet lunch...
Stephen and Trevor along with their home are delightful. Their garden is in surperb condition, one the most beautiful patios and backyards I have ever seen. The guesthouse is situated on a quaint little street which is away from the hustle and bustle but also in perfect walking distance to the action on Commercial St.. The rooms including ours were immaculate and classically stylish, I should know cause I sneaked peaks into all of the others while they were unoccupied of course.
Carl, one of their staff members was extremely friendly and helpful especially when we constantly bugged him for the clothing iron. The light morning breakfast served daily was a great way to start the day; freshed brewed coffee, english muffins, fresh fruit salad and a variety of cereals and even homeade bread pudding which my boo highly enjoyed. Their dog, Potter is probably the friendliest and cleanest dog in all of MA. At first when I was reading reviews about the house that mentioned their dog, Potter I was worried because I'm usually allergic and scared of big dogs but due to her calm manner and well grooming my boo didnt have to protect me or give me a benadrly shot.
In conclusion our vacation to Ptown was a wonderful experience and the Oxford Guest House only made it an even more memorable trip.
