John & Linda are extremely friendly hosts. They made our stay perfect. The breakfast is definitely a highlight, and the rooms are exactly as described on their website. My wife and I brought our 3 children, and they absolutely loved staying at John & Linda's. This is a great place for families, but is also quiet enough for a couple wanting to get away for the weekend. Also, Cooperstown is a perfect little village.

If you want to see the Baseball Hall of Fame and researching a place to stay, stop looking. The Cooperstown B and B, run by John and Linda Smirk is the ultimate stay in Cooperstown!!!! They are incredible, kind, sweet, and very knowledgable of the area. When my wife and I left, it was a sad day. We didn't want to leave. John and Linda are the reason why we are going back to Cooperstown! Awesome house, great breakfast, and an awesome time!!! Thanks sooooo much for all you do! GREAT STAY!!!!

My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed here for 2 nights. We booked room #2 because it had 2 twin beds for the kids and a queen for us. We had our own bathroom and the room was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Linda and John are the innkeepers and they were great people. Very friendly and inviting. We all felt at home, especially the kids who spent alot of time in the kitchen with Linda. The baking of goodies goes on all day. Brownies, muffins, cookies, etc. were constantly being prepared. The home smelled delicious, like a bakery. The breakfast was excellant. Anything you want, made to order. They are extremely accomodating. It was our first experience at a B&B and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The kids said they prefer it to a hotel. Linda also made them Easter baskets and gave us a plate of snacks for the car ride home. We would highly recommend this B&B and will be returning in the future.

I surprised my husband for his birthday with a trip to Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame Museum. After researching several B&B's on line, I decided to book the Cooperstown B&B. When we arrived on Friday night, we were greeted with warm hospitality. John & Linda made us feel very much at home. The decor in their home is very inviting and the home made breakfasts were wonderful. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend staying at the Cooperstown B&B.
