My boyfriend and I went on a trip to the out west and stayed at this B&B after a 7-day cruise. This B&B is located in the Capital Hill neighborhood, which is one of our favorite areas of Seattle. Capital Hill was the sought-after place to live around the turn of the century, and it has a lot of charm to boast even today. We were very pleased with the B&B, innkeeper Cathryn made delicious healthy breakfast every morning, they were also so beautifully presented. We found it quite easy to get around taking the bus down the block from the B&B to downtown and transfer from there to other places like Museum of Flights, which was our favorite stop in Seattle. The nearby 15th Ave has all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops (we especially enjoyed the Moli Bento, a Japanese quick eatery) so even if you get in late like we did, there's still place for food within walking distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Salisbury House and would highly recommend it.
