I think the best thing is the breakfast at The View - a bit trite, but it was nice to go up there and have a view. We were able to walk out of the hotel and do just about everything right within walking distance. I also found the service very good and the staff helpful.

Didn't stay long, as there are not many activities in the city, but the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and smiling, which you won't see in a lot of hotels in the city. Got great advises from staff where to go and what to see. We're not disappointed at all with their choices. Rooms nicely designed, you realise that you are in a boutique hotel directly from the entrance. Free WiFi is great deal.

Spent two weeks in Chisinau at the Nobil. Cannot say enough good things about my time there. The hotel staff was very welcoming and always helpful. The room was perfect and the shower was something I still think about. An incredible experience all around that I can't wait to do again!

+ Stayed in Nobil for three nights. Hotel organized airport transfer, very good. Hotel reception service excellent, courteous, speedy and prompt. Nice room, very well equipped bathroom. Complimentary bottled water and small bottle of Moldovian wine. Really nice breakfast on the 7th floor with a nice view. SPA; best massage ever!
- no mirror in the bedroom, disco music at the breakfast room and pretty loud...

Dear Guest,

On behalf of our team here at Nobil Luxury Boutique Hotel, I would like to thank you for your kind feedback. The fact that your experience was up to your expectations, means a great deal to us. And we hope to welcome you again as our Guest in the future!

I would also like to express my gratitude for your pertinent observations. We have already ordered custom-made mirrors for some of our bedrooms (your room was recently refurbished, and the bedroom wasn't fitted with a mirror yet). And we have added more relaxing tracks to the playlist in our restaurant.
If I can further assist in any way, please let me know.

During our last visit to the hotel we were unpleasantly sureprized by several issues:

1. When we ordered a tiramisu together with evening tea, tiramisu smelt and tasted old (you know, the taste of expired butter with bitter touch).
2. Cleaning of the room was not excellent - we found several olive kernels on the carpet, some papers in the bins and several minor issues.
3. The bill on check-out contained services we have never ordered. Check your bill carefully.
4. Missing forks, knives and bread when in-room dining is an everyday occurrence.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your feedback. I regret that your experience in our hotel was below your expectations. Please let me clarify some of the issues you have mentioned in your review.

Our Tiramisu was prepared daily by our Pastry Chef, thus it was impossible for anyone to get served with an expired product. The bitter taste that you have experienced was probably caused by the chocolate topping, which is 99% cocoa. Regardless, this dish was excluded from the menu last summer.
I apologize for the cutlery issues, and for the check-out issues as well, but I am certain that they were sorted out immediately upon your request.

Furthermore, I am happy to inform you, that in the past year since your visit (April 2014 according to your review), a great deal of effort went into improving our service and amenities. I am certain, that upon your next visit, you will be pleasantly surprised by all the changes.
If there is any way that I can further assist, please let me know.
