We took this trip up to the arctic circle via the Dalton Highway. Bob was our tour guide & was very accommodating, super informative, & enjoyable. We loved our trip!

I had a tour lined up with a company not to be named. The day before we left we got word our trip was cancelled.
Our travel agent booked us with Alaska-Wildlife-Guide and we could not be more pleased.
Our guide Ricky was great. He was very personable and informative. The tour provided a morning snack with a home made sandwich. Lunch at the Arctic Circle was beef stew.
I highly recommend this tour. Check the Arctic circle off your bucket.
We may come back to see the Northern Lights.

If you have time during your stay in the Fairbanks area, don’t pass up Chena Hot Springs! It is really well done and someplace I’ll plan to visit another trip. There are several things to do outside of the hot springs, pool and ice museum, though don’t miss those! Our family would have liked more time. If you have a large family, you might compare the cost of a car rental and purchase your tickets at a much lower price for the things you want to do while there. It is about an hour and a half from Fairbanks but the road is good.

Hi from North Pole,
thank you so much for leaving us such an amazing review. We really appreciate it and are glad that you had a great time. We apologize that you did not have time enough with your family at the Hot Springs. We have had people say the opposite and it is difficult to find a great amount of time for everyone.
We are still glad that you enjoyed your day with us and we are sending greetings from Alaska, Sylvia

Really enjoyed our tour of Fairbanks and surroundings area. Our guide, Bob, was fantastic —-knowledgeable and engaging. Especially liked seeing a section of The Alaska Pipeline and learn about its history and the temperature of the oil (about 100 F) and how the oil is kept moving along with “pigs” we were 451 miles south of Prudhoe Bay. Bob told us quite a bit about dog sledding which we found quite interesting. Also liked both museums we saw. Got a good feel for the history of the area and the harsh conditions people endured. Recommend this tour!!

Today we went on the Arctic Circle day tour. We were informed last night that because of the fires visibility would be low & we could decide if we would go,we thought what the heck.
Our guide was Lynley from the moment we were picked up she made us feel welcome.Yes the visibility was terrible at times due to the fires but we had the best day probably the best tour we’ve done in Alaska. We travelled up the Dalton Highway & called into road houses seen on Ice Road Truckers.Linley told us about the history of the area the pipeline as well as keeping an eye out for wild life, while travelling the highway.Lunch was included & as I’m fussy nothing was too much trouble.Snacks & water is included.
Yes its a long day but hey sit back enjoy the scenery & take it all in
Our now friend Linley made our day so thank you
I would highly recommend this tour

Hi from North Pole,
thank you so much for leaving us and Lynley such an amazing review. We really appreciate it and are glad that you still had a great time. Even if the smoke of the wildfire wasn't this nice to all of us.
But it didn't seem fair to us to just send everyone out without a warning before hand. The visibility was not great and it could cause health issues to some people. So I made sure to give everyone that week a call and everyone really appreciated it and most customers still gave it a go and everyone had a great time.
We are sending love from Alaska, Sylvia
